Shipping Policy

After you have successfully placed your order, our Customer Service team will contact you for the update of shipping process

Shipping times can vary and may sometimes take a bit longer–but then may also take a bit less! We’ll do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Replacement & Return Policy

You have 7 days to make a replacement or return order form delivery date.

We want you to completely love your purchase. You can replace or return any product you have bought .within7 days of delivery date and we will replace your product or refund money back and take care of the shipping costs.

Replacement Policy

Provide us with the frame name(s) and order number

One Time Replacement – free shipping.

Please check the availability of the new frame as we do not reuse/repair returned frames.

When exchanging an order, please note costs may be adjusted accordingly.

After 7 days of delivery date customers are responsible for handling and shipping fees.

Return policy

If the order you have received is damaged, defective or not as described on the website, you will receive a full refund along with any shipping fees applied.

The customer is eligible for cash refund within 10 business days from placing a refund order

After the 10 days if the customer was unreachable the money will be refund via Coupon and the customer can’t request to take it in cash anymore

Pack the item in its original state and packaging. All accessories and labels must be attached. Hand over the package to the courier representative.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your replacement/return order.
